Hi guys,
This is proof for my merit leadership badge, as well as just as an update on how I am going in my leadership roles. In Peer Mediation I have been making an effort to turn up to my role as well as make an effort to do it well. One issue I do have, is to try and focus on the job and not get sidetracked, but apart from that issue, I have been regularly turning up to my role and doing a good job. Also, an other thing that I am doing well, is spreading out over the school. There is no point in just staying in one area, hoping that an issue will turn up, and I have been doing this well. I rotate around the back field area where I am supposed to be, but I also spread out when I am doing it.
