This is proof for my merit leadership badge, but it is also just an update on how I am going in my role as Miro House Captain. As a house captain, one of the many things we have to do, is put out and take down the Oaklands School flags in the morning, and in the afternoon. Us boys, have been exceptional at this, and we have always remembered to do it. Also I think that I am doing a very good job at inviting people to our leaders meetings. I (most of the time) remember to email the person one or two days before the meeting, and tell them why we want them there.
